Week 1

Discovery and Evaluation

In a one-on-one Zoom conference, Laura Shepherd will take you through a discovery journey. Momentum BK Assessment:

  1. Evaluate your skills, experience, and knowledge to get an objective assessment of your current abilities.
  2. Gather basic business measures and operational information.
  3. Discuss client acquisition, development, retention, and satisfaction. Personal Assessment:
  4. Document current work schedule, billings, and clients.
  5. Do a SWOT analysis.
  6. Envision the desired growth, improvements, and changes.

Week 2

Planning for Growth

In a one-on-one Zoom conference, you will work with Laura Shepherd to set long term goals for building on your existing business and abilities.

  1. Create 3, 6, 12-month business goals.
  2. Develop financial model to include projections.
  3. Discuss desired work/life ratio, income, and supporting team.

Week 3

Internal Processes

In a one-on-one Zoom conference, Laura Shepherd will examine your current work style. Check the foundation of your business, including protections, insurance, name/logo, internal tracking, and client document storage.

1.  Evaluate existing marketing tools, sales process, and client onboarding.

Week 4

Workflow

In a one-on-one Zoom conference, Laura Shepherd will assess your set of work tools and processes. Examine current client contracts, scope of work, communication, and billing.

  1. Inspect internal tracking, deliverable work, and business management tools.
  2. Look over your company assets, cash flow, revenue, and offerings.

Week 5

Action Plan

In a one-on-one Zoom conference, you will work with Laura Shepherd to create a set of steps to reach your goals.

  1. Compile a list of necessary steps to achieve the identified goals.
  2. Set internal deadlines for completing each step.
  3. Make the commitment to completing each goal in order.

Weeks 6 through 8

Weekly Accountability Calls

In one-on-one Zoom conferences, you will work with Laura Shepherd to accomplish each step in the Action Plan.

  1. Identify each week’s completed tasks and set the next week’s tasks.
  2. Refer to the Action Plan and deadline schedule.
  3. Celebrate each finished step.

Week 9

Reevaluate

In a one-on-one Zoom conference, you and Laura Shepherd will revisit your initial goals, and together decide if there are new or different goals needed. Together, you will revise the Action Plan, if necessary.

Weeks 10 through 11

Work on Revised Goals

In one-on-one Zoom conferences, you will work with Laura Shepherd to accomplish each step in the original or revised Action Plan.

Week 12

Evaluation

In your final one-on-one Zoom conference, you and Laura Shepherd will review and evaluate the progress made through your 90-day journey.
